Dunboyne Castle

Dunboyne Castle Hotel and Spa was designed and built as a sensitive extension to Dunboyne Castle, which is a notable Georgian House set in a mature parkland at the village of Dunboyne county Meath. The centre-piece of the 145 bedroom hotel is the refurbishment and reuse of the original 17th and 18th structure within the new hotel. The castle which has highly decorative plasterwork ceilings, joinery and marble fire places have been painstakingly restored and provides important hospitality and reception accommodation to the hotel.

The new bedroom and leisure accommodation is provided in two new ranges which reach out into the landscape while framing the views to and from the castle. The new accommodation is strongly connected to the mature landscape ensuring that all new and existing rooms enjoy the parkland setting.

The hotel accommodates bedrooms, meeting suite, function rooms, ballroom bar, restaurant and a large leisure/wellness centre. The stable courtyard buildings have been refurbished and converted hotel suite accommodation.
