One DAC Dublin Airport

One Dublin Airport Central is the rebranded title for the former Aer Lingus Head Office Block (HOB) at Dublin Airport. The bespoke office facility is 78m long and stands 25m high in grand isolation in a central location on the airport campus

Built 50 years ago, the multi-storey structure boasts clear span, post-tensioned, 15m wide column free floor plates, and a centrally located core of ancillary accommodation (washrooms and vertical circulation).

The project comprises a quintessential Deep Energy Retrofit of the original building to provide 8300m2 of Grade A Workspace achieving LEED Gold Accreditation and a BER rating of A3. One DAC is intended to be the flagship for a new generation of commercial facilities at the heart of the airport campus.
