The Rosewater tower at night
Located on a 10.6 acre site in a strategic development zone close to the seafront, this landmark development was designed as a flagship building for the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Inspired by the traditional rose water sprinkler, which has a time honoured role in festivities in much of the Muslim world, the Rose Tower mixed use development comprises 110,000m2 of accommodation, including a 50 storey residential tower with luxury apartments, a 6 star hotel with sports, leisure and conference facilities, a shopping centre, museum and a 15-storey office building.
The residential component of the proposal is located in the top levels of the 50 storey tower, with 35 levels of apartments. The floorplan takes the trefoil form of a clover leaf, allowing for multiple configurations that range from 2 bed up to 6 bed units, all with sea views.
