Stryker Innovation Centre

The Stryker Innovation Centre comprises of a two storey industry based technology development to house research and development based activity. The Innovation Centre will support Stryker Ireland Limited indigenous manufacturing facilities, as well as Stryker facilities based in Europe & the USA. It is the first innovation centre procured by Stryker as part of a planned roll out across other campuses.

The preferred design incorporated a flexible sustainable building plan designed to promote innovation, research & development, consolidate existing R&D workforce, provision for an enhanced visitor experience designed around a clear environmental strategy.


The scheme includes simple yet impressive building elements, its form of materials are distinctly industrial in nature while they complement the established and proposed landscaping setting for the site. The building is designed to achieve BREEAM Very Good Rating.

Accommodation within the building includes, test labs, experimental lab, metrology room, advance development lab, pilot line, surgical skills simulation centre, ground floor café, general office workspace, toilet & changing room facilities, and plant room.
